Turnaround Time Transcription is a 100% USA based company that was founded in 1988 by Vicken Meguerditchian.  In 1992, we began exclusively servicing full contract hospitals.  We are a medium-sized transcription company that focuses on providing quality and innovative technology solutions to the healthcare industry.

We possess comprehensive software/hardware solutions for the medical industry.  We offer dedicated dictation lines to each facility we service along with its own customized greeting to all dictating staff.   Our turnaround times for reports are based on the requirements of our clients, anywhere from 1 to 24 hours, 7 days-a-week, 24 hours-a-day.

Turnaround Time Transcription is committed to maintaining high quality, cost-effective solutions while producing accurate medical reports in a timely manner.  Our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced personnel ensure that our reports surpass hospital standards as well as standards set by other services.

We are an equal opportunity employer and only hire medical language specialists based in the USA.  Our medical language specialists require a minimum of 5 years’ experience prior to being considered for an interview and extensive testing.  The medical language specialists possess a full complement of interpretive skills with ESL authors; being able to not just transcribe what they hear, but to have the knowledge to understand the report and recognize possible errors and discrepancies, flagging to ensure patient care is not jeopardized.
