Our medical language specialists require a minimum of 5 years’ experience prior to being considered for an interview and extensive testing. The medical language specialists possess a full complement of interpretive skills with ESL authors; being able to not just transcribe what they hear, but to have the knowledge to understand the report and recognize possible errors and discrepancies, flagging to ensure patient care is not jeopardized.
